I love framing LFLs as a quiet rebellion! Great article once again - you've introduced me to some new ideas and I'll definitely be bringing the idea of QR codes directing folks to PDF LFLs to my community.

Exciting! I've renewed my relationship with books, as well. It's nice to have a tactile, organic object in my hand from which to glean information. There's something to be said about both methods. Thanks aleksander.

I love this idea! Banned books are works of art that need to be preserved for future generations. I shared this with Real Progressives group. 😊

That was more than I could ask, Toni. Much obliged. Yes, I'm also concerned with future generations as well as current ones. :)

Excellent idea!

When corona forced library closings, the free libraries were my lifeline! There are sevreal in my area, and I continually take/donate books.

Good to see you here, Elizabeth! One good thing that came from the pandemic is that it reinvigorated community-based solutions. People realize our government serves other interests, and so we take matters into our own hands more these days.

We'll definitely have a LFL on the public facing side of Gratitude Village.

Splendid, CS! Have you thought about a design yet? There are some fun and quirky options, as well as many ways to customize it. I love the video where she has a flower box underneath her LFL. Thanks for stopping by. :)

Nope, not yet! I haven't really thought about the details of the small stuff like the LFL yet. Still working on the big details like community layout, house designs, etc. That said, I am excited to think about the design and am sure I will find lots of inspiration (our neighborhood where I live now has one).
